Job summary

Bayaan Academy seeks an experienced Online Special Education Teacher to support students with diverse learning needs in a fully online environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Special Education and state certification, with at least 3 years of teaching experience and proven online instruction.

The teacher will design individualized instruction, implement appropriate accommodations, monitor progress, and communicate with families and administrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field is required.
• Certification in Special Education or equivalent professional qualification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience with diverse learners and proven online teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized online instruction based on students’ learning needs.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated *Online Special Education Teacher* to support students with diverse learning needs in a fully online learning environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field
• Special Education teaching certification or appropriate professional qualification
• *Minimum 3 years of teaching experience*, with demonstrated experience supporting students with diverse learning needs

* *Proven experience teaching online/virtually*

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
• Experience working with students with learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, or other exceptionalities
• Experience with IEP development and implementation
• Experience using online assessment and progress-monitoring tools
• Experience working in a fully online or virtual school
