This role is ideal for a dedicated Special Education Teacher eager to provide individualized instruction and mentorship to a small caseload of students near Winterville, NC.

Key Details:

• One opening with a full-time schedule, 35-40 hours each week starting at 8am, Monday through Friday. Students arrive at 8:30am.
• The assignment begins in early November and extends through July, with the school year restarting each August.
• The caseload includes direct support for two studentsone in 9th grade and one in 4th gradewith additional outside tutoring responsibilities.
• Services are delivered on a single campus.

Qualifications:

• Valid ECGC or ECAC licensure required.
• Experience working with individualized education plans (IEPs) and small caseloads preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans for diverse learners.
