ShiftClicks in Pennsylvania seeks an experienced Special Education Teacher for an elementary school, full-time, onsite contract. You will work with a passionate team to support student growth and achievement in a vibrant learning community.

The role requires PA certification, urban-school experience, strong classroom management, and the ability to plan differentiated lessons aligned to IEP goals. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with an emphasis on collaboration and safety.

Qualificações

• Valid state certification/licensure for special education.
• Bachelor’s degree required (emergency teaching permit allowed).
• Experience in urban school settings preferred.
• Mastery of instructional best practices and subject matter.
• Strong classroom and behavioral management with differentiation.
• Ability to obtain Pennsylvania clearances.
• Reliable transportation and onsite presence required.
• Onsite schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–4 PM (no accommodations).
• Engaging with the district and energetic student community.
