Shape students’ learning experiences as a Special Education Teacher in a dynamic elementary behavior classroom setting. As part of a supportive, collaborative school environment near Athens, AL, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference each day for young learners.

This contract role requires a commitment to a Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 37.5 hours per week, and invites educators who thrive in responsive, individualized settings.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid Alabama Special Education (SPED) teaching license
• Previous experience in elementary special education preferred, especially within behavior support classrooms
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance
