Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field required or equivalent.
• Rhode Island Department of Education certification in Severe/Profound Special Education preferred; Emergency Certifications considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate individualized student programs.
• Develop and monitor IEP goals and instructional plans.
• Design structured, engaging learning environments to promote growth and independence.
• Schedule, implement, and oversee daily programming.
• Collaborate with behavior specialists, therapists, families, and support staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation for students and staff.
