The Bremerton School District 100-C is seeking a Special Education Teacher as a leave replacement for the 2026–2027 school year, through January 14, 2027, with possible extension. The position is 7.5 hours per day with 183 base contract days (180 student days + 3 PD days) and 3 supplemental days.

The assignment will be adjusted to reflect the duration above. The Sequoia program serves students needing significant emotional and behavioral support.

Formación

• Current Washington State Special Education Teaching Certificate with appropriate endorsement.
• Early Childhood Endorsement preferred.
• Knowledge of Common Core State Standards and RTI; CEL 5D+ Instructional Framework preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with diverse learners.
