You will document progress, collaborate with families, and ensure compliant IEPs.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. required; valid credential for Special Education (Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe) or enrolled in intern program.
• M.A./M.S. in Education preferred.
• Knowledge of curriculum, education code and special education laws.
• Experience with Google apps and educational technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure student gains through academic goals outlined in IEPs and Yu Ming standards.
• Evaluate students' abilities to aid remediation and progress tracking.
• Provide one-to-one instruction and push/pull-in interventions as required by IEPs.
• Administer assessments and interpret results for planning.
