Job Title : Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - K-12 Teletherapy

An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services to K-12 students in an engaging and supportive environment. This position focuses on delivering high-quality speech and language intervention to students, particularly those from Native populations, ensuring that their educational needs are met effectively while fostering their individual growth and confidence.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of speech and language skills for students in grades K-8.
• Develop and implement personalized intervention strategies and goals tailored to each student's needs.
• Provide teletherapy sessions to a caseload of under 20 students, utilizing digital tools to facilitate effective communication.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to track student progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention plans.
• Maintain accurate records of student assessments, progress, and any relevant communication with stakeholders.
• Remain informed about best practices and developments in speech-language pathology and teletherapy methods.

Qualifications :

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Previous experience working with Native populations is preferred.
• Strong teletherapy skills, with the ability to engage students virtually.
• Proficient in using technology for assessments and therapy sessions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students and families.
