Go Spindle is seeking a dedicated educator for a 2026–2027 school year contract in Santa Monica, CA. The role offers full-time hours (37.5/wk, 8:00–3:30) in either an elementary or high school setting serving students with moderate to severe support needs.

The position requires an Active California Education Specialist Credential (Moderate/Severe or ESN). You will collaborate with paraprofessionals, families, and related service providers to deliver individualized instruction aligned to IEP

Qualifications

• Experience with moderate to severe disabilities or medically fragile students preferred.

Make a meaningful impact during the 2026–2027 school year in a specialized special education classroom serving students with moderate to severe/extensive support needs. This full-time contract opportunity offers placement in either an elementary classroom with strong paraprofessional support or a high school classroom serving medically fragile students.

Position Details

• Location: Santa Monica, CA
• School Year: August 17, 2026 – June 9, 2027
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Caseload Options

• Elementary Classroom: Approximately 10 students with multiple instructional assistants/paraprofessionals providing classroom support.
• High School Classroom: Serving medically fragile students in a specialized educational setting.
