• Establishes and communicates well-defined objectives for each lesson, including relevant projects and activities.
• Translates lesson plans into learning experiences that reflect research-based instructional strategies, including a variety of instructional strategies and addressing individual needs.
• Communicates and plans with other staff to deliver meaningful instruction for shared students in programs such as special education, CTE, ELL, etc.
• Attends staff meetings and district in-service programs.
• Serves on school and district committees as requested and ableT
