Responsibilities

• Develop goals and objectives for multi-graded classes and implement IEPs.
• Provide direct instruction and services to students.
• Monitor progress related to established IEPs.
• Work as part of a trans-disciplinary team to plan data-based instructional programs.
• Develop transition plans to move students to community activities or adult life.
• Provide assessment and diagnostic input for individualized instruction.
• Maintain accurate reports and records for each student.
• Ensure a safe, healthful environment compliant with laws and district policies.
• Support the Abraxas philosophy and care principles.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
