Job summary

Clackamas Education Service District is seeking a Life Enrichment Education Program (LEEP) Teacher to design and deliver lessons for students with complex disabilities. The teacher collaborates with related services staff and aligns instruction with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), supporting communication, behavior regulation, literacy, and life skills goals.

The Life Enrichment Education Program (LEEP) operates across Clackamas County classrooms, following a CESD/LEEP teaching framework.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon teaching license with Special Education endorsement.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings.
• Experience in classroom management and instructional coaching.
• Three years of teaching students with complex disabilities in a public school setting.

Responsibilities

• Plans and prepares differentiated instruction aligned with IEP goals.
• Maintains a safe, engaging learning environment using Universal Design for Learning principles.
• Instructs and coaches in large, small, and individualized settings.
• Collaborates with related service staff to implement student plans and assess progress.
