• Maintain accurate and complete student records, and prepare reports on children and activities.

• Knowledge of the subject matter being taught.
• Ability to use various teaching strategies to increase students’ critical thinking skills.
• Create a secure classroom climate.
• Analyze data and adjust lessons accordingly.
• Use available technology in lessons.
• Teach socially acceptable behavior using behavior modification and positive reinforcement.
• Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures to maintain order.
• Communicate effectively with parents and students.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Principal
