Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Tennessee teaching license in Special Education required.
• Knowledge of IDEA and state special education rules.
• Experience with students with mild to moderate disabilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with administration and interpretation of standard and alternate assessments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in referral and evaluation processes.
• Develop and monitor IEPs and objectives.
• Manage caseload and administer assessments.
• Deliver instruction aligned to IEPs in various settings.
• Collaborate with general education and other special education staff.
• Coordinate with related service providers and families.
