Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide direct instruction to students in a self-contained classroom environment, ensuring individualized support as outlined in each students IEP.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that engage and address students unique goals.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, administrators, and families to promote student success.
• Track and document student progress while adjusting interventions as needed.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and welcoming classroom atmosphere.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing valuable insights about student growth and potential.
• Foster positive relationships that encourage social and emotional development.
