Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) partners with school districts to run in-district classrooms and standalone schools for K-12 students needing additional supports.

The role focuses on diagnosing and addressing learning, social, and emotional skill gaps while collaborating with families to apply SESI’s evidence-based learning models and CASE PBIS framework. You’ll develop individualized lesson plans, implement behavior strategies, maintain IEPs/BIPs, and track progress while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution required.

Responsibilities

• Work with diverse student groups from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models and curricula to teach and support students.
• Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans.

• Maintain student documents such as IEPs and BIPs.
• Track student growth toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
• Supervise and monitor students during school activities.
