Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of assessments and observations to determine areas needing extra or modified services.
• Identifies student needs and develops related lesson and teaching plans.
• Incorporates technology into lesson plans.
• Collaborates with teachers, parents, psychologists and other staff to plan education.
• Develops and leads IEPs and 504 plan modifications as needed; tracks progress.
