Responsibilities

• Identifies student needs and develops related lesson and teaching plans.
• Integrates technology into lessons.
• Collaborates with teachers, parents, psychologists, social workers, and other staff to plan education.
• Leads IEP development, sets goals, and adapts lessons per student abilities.
• Designs and teaches lessons for small groups and individuals aligned with IEP/504 requirements.
• Implements IEPs, tracks progress, and adjusts as needed.
• Attends IEP meetings and coordinates with teachers.
• Maintains communications with families and related services.
