Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or higher in education or related field.
• Active state teaching certification with Special Education Endorsement.
• Experience with IEPs and adapting plans for diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff for inclusive learning.
• Adapt teaching strategies and materials for varied learning styles.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional approaches accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and communications with stakeholders.
• Foster a supportive classroom environment that promotes engagement and growth.
• Ensure compliance with educational policies and legal requirements.
