Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and maintain compliant IEPs in accordance with IDEA and Georgia guidelines.
• Provide specialized instruction in small groups (resource/self-contained).
• Implement evidence-based behavioral strategies to support student success.
• Collect, analyze, and report progress-monitoring data for IEP decisions.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, admins, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet state/district compliance.
• Participate in professional learning and support a student-centered culture.
