• Participate in Professional Learning Communities at school and district levels.
• Assess student progress regularly and strive for academic growth.
• Manage day-to-day classroom operations and environment.
• Plan and deliver lessons accommodating individual student needs.
• Record attendance and maintain required paperwork on time.
• Plan and lead IEP-Team meetings and participate in staff trainings.
• Communicate with students' families and counsel them as needed.
• Conduct assessments, record results, and report progress to parents.
• Uphold school rules and district policies while representing the school positively.
