Qualifikationen

• Provide direct and indirect instructional support to students in a positive environment.
• Employ special educational strategies and techniques to develop academic, vocational, daily living, sensory and perceptual motor skills, language, cognition, and memory.
• Maintain accurate and complete student records and prepare reports on children and activities as required by laws and policy.
• Establish clear objectives for lessons and communicate them to students.
• Confer with parents, administrators, therapists, and other professionals to develop and monitor IEPs.
• Monitor students' behavior and provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Supervise classroom assistants and provide instruction to support student learning.
