Job summary

LEARN Academy is seeking an Elementary Education Teacher for the 26/27 school year in Arizona, serving students with special needs. The role focuses on delivering research-based instruction, IEP-driven planning, and collaborative supports within a structured program.

Qualified candidates will hold Arizona Elementary and Special Education credentials, with a preference for Master’s degrees and related certifications.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid credential for Elementary Education; Arizona credential preferred.
• Experience designing and implementing IEPs and SDI is essential.
• Strong behavior management and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OTs, SLPs, BCBA, and admins.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement student IEPs and SDI.
• Deliver engaging instructional activities aligning with grade-level outcomes.
• Select and adapt resources to meet diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with therapists and administrators to support student growth.
