Coos Bay School District in Oregon seeks a Special Education Teacher for grades 9-12. The successful candidate will teach in a Resource Room and serve as case manager for their students, with potential to proctor or assist with dual modality instruction.
Applicants must hold an endorsed Oregon Teaching License (Handicapped Learner or Special Education), work well in teams, and communicate clearly in writing and speech. Collaborative Problem Solving training is preferred.
Coos Bay School District intends to offer a onetime hiring bonus of $5000 as an incentive to attract highly qualified and endorsed Special Education teachers and Special Programs Specialists for the 2025-2026 school year.
