Qualifications

• Knowledge of IA-specific regulations relevant to general work.
• Comfortable owning projects from concept through delivery.
• Proven Kirkpatrick Model results, ideally seasoned in Cedar Rapids, IA.
• A GrowthTech Inc mindset: scrappy today, scalable tomorrow.
• Comfort with the temporary cadence of a Cedar Rapids-based operation.
• Comfort defending a recommendation in front of skeptics.

Responsabilités

• Partner with peers to troubleshoot issues and share practical knowledge.
• Read a Kirkpatrick Model system you didn't build and improve it anyway.
• Keep records, systems, and shared files organized and up to date.
• Keep GrowthTech Inc's temporary commitments visible and on track.
• Build the Facilitation habits a mid-level role can lean on for years.
• Keep Cedar Rapids, IA stakeholders briefed without burying them in updates.
