Every Special Child LLC is hiring an energetic Special Education Teacher to work with students facing academic or physical challenges. The role focuses on assessing individual needs, crafting IEPs, and guiding students toward long-term academic success through compassionate, creative instruction.

Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder, child development principles, and effective classroom management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and special education license.
• Previous experience as a special education teacher is preferred.
• Deep understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disorders.
• Strong understanding of child development and classroom management practices.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to adhere to them.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify student needs and develop IEPs for students.
• Modify curriculum to meet individual needs.
• Use various instructional methods and learning techniques.
• Create and enforce classroom rules and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
• Write and submit necessary reports.
• Communicate with parents and school personnel.
