Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to join our Massachusetts Behavioral Team for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. You’ll provide instruction to students with IEPs in inclusion, resource, or substantially separate settings, with flexible placements across multiple districts.

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts License in Special Education.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Knowledge of IEP development and SPED compliance.
• Experience working with neurodiverse learners in school settings.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and provide professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction to students with IEPs in inclusion, resource, or substantially separate settings.
• Design and deliver individualized lesson plans aligned to IEP goals.
• Adapt curriculum and instruction to meet diverse academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate progress data.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to support inclusive practices.
• Lead or contribute to IEP meetings, re-evaluations, and parent-teacher conferences.
• Implement behavior support strategies and classroom accommodations.
• Create a structured, supportive learning environment that promotes student independence and engagement.
