Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking a Special Education Teacher to join our Arizona Behavioral Team for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time role offers the chance to support diverse learners across multiple districts while enjoying the flexibility and stability of a staffing partner.

You will design and deliver individualized instruction for students with IEPs, collaborate with educators and related staff, and participate in IEP meetings and progress monitoring.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and provide professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction to students with IEPs in inclusion, resource, or substantially separate settings.
• Design and deliver individualized lesson plans aligned to IEP goals.
• Adapt curriculum and instruction to meet diverse academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate progress data.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to support inclusive practices.
• Lead or contribute to IEP meetings, re-evaluations, and parent-teacher conferences.
• Implement behavior support strategies and classroom accommodations.
• Create a structured, supportive learning environment that promotes student independence and engagement.
