Qualifications

• Valid Oregon teaching license with endorsement in Special Education.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to communicate with students, families and staff from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in using email and Google applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliant classroom environment and student discipline.
• Deliver instruction aligned to district policies and state standards.
• Develop and implement lesson plans meeting individual needs.
• Confer with students, parents/guardians and staff on progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and specialists to support IEPs.
