Central Bucks School District is seeking a Special Education Teacher - Elementary Long Term Substitute at Kutz Elementary School. The position runs from October 15, 2026 to mid-March 2027 with dates TBD, and compensation according to CBSD guidelines.
The successful candidate will deliver instruction to students with special needs, implement IEPs, and align lessons with Pennsylvania Academic Standards. Strong collaboration with staff and adherence to district procedures are expected.
Utilization of crisis prevention techniques/strategies (including possible restraint as a last resort) with students who require such in their IEP. Training will be provided via CBSD.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree and PA Special Education PK-8 certification (content area certificate required for issuance). Elementary certification preferred.
Bachelor's Degree and PA Special Education PK-12 (certificate discontinued 8/31/2013/content area certificate required).
