Responsabilités

• Plan and implement individualized instructional strategies to support students with a variety of needs.
• Develop and adapt lesson plans based on IEP goals, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all learners.
• Work alongside general education teachers to promote a team-oriented learning environment.
• Monitor and track student progress, maintaining accurate records for compliance and communication with families.
• Foster a positive, encouraging classroom atmosphere where students feel supported and capable.
