Job summary

Precision HR is hiring a licensed Grade 7 Special Education Teacher in Massachusetts. You will provide individualized instruction in a Grade 7 co-taught setting, manage your caseload, and ensure IEP goals are implemented effectively.

You will collaborate with general education teachers, maintain records, and communicate with families to support student success while complying with MA SPED regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts teaching license with Special Education certification in Moderate Disabilities; Severe Disabilities certification preferred.
• Eligibility to teach in Massachusetts through the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE).
• Master's degree and SEI endorsement.
• Experience working in special education, inclusion, or substantially separate classroom settings.
• Knowledge of Massachusetts special education regulations and IEP development.
• Experience designing and delivering individualized instruction for students with disabilities.
• Ability to work a structured, full-time, Monday-Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

YOUR IMPACT

As a Grade 7 Special Education Teacher, you will provide individualized instruction and support to students in a co-taught classroom setting. You will collaborate with general education teachers to ensure students with disabilities have access to the curriculum, appropriate accommodations, and the support they need to succeed academically.

You will also manage your own caseload, oversee student progress, and help ensure that each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) is implemented effectively.
