Qualifications

Plan and conduct a balanced instructional program for diverse learners.
Provide developmentally appropriate opportunities to foster curiosity and problem-solving.
Create a dynamic classroom environment aligned with developmental needs.
Select appropriate instructional materials and equipment.
Model positive behavior management and student engagement.
Collaborate with staff to deliver comprehensive services to students and families.
Support parent involvement through communications and meetings.
Advocate for families accessing resources and services.
Ensure compliance with district policies and documentation.
