Qualifications

• Completed a program of study in education from an accredited college or university.

• Plan and conduct activities for a balanced program of instruction, demonstration, and work time.
• Provide developmentally and academically appropriate opportunities that encourage curiosity and problem-solving.
• Plan, create and implement a dynamic classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Select materials and equipment appropriate for the instructional program.
• Model positive behavior management and daily engagement with students.
• Collaborate with staff to share best practices and provide services to students and families.
• Assist in ensuring parent involvement and communications about program planning.
• Advocate for parents in accessing resources and support services.
