• Develops or selects and modifies lessons to meet individual student needs.
• Uses special instructional methods to support progress using GPS standards.
• Develops and monitors Individualized Education Programs (IEP) for each student on caseload.
• Addresses needs of students with disabilities, including lifting and positioning.
• Administers progress evaluations and maintains records.
• Follows due process procedures for referred students.
