The role requires flexibility, collaboration with staff, and adherence to IDEA timelines. Benefits include comprehensive health and retirement options; salary range is $67,500–$107,500 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or subject field is required.
• Must obtain OSSE initial certification within 1 year of employment.
• Knowledge of IDEA and IEP development.
• Experience working with opportunity or justice-involved youth is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instructional Delivery: Facilitate multi-grade, multi-content coursework and modify lessons to meet diverse learners.
• Case Management, Compliance, and Reporting: Manage IEPs, conduct meetings, and monitor progress with timelines.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, structured learning environment using restorative practices.
• Collaboration, Support, and Guidance: Work with staff to deliver a well-rounded program and communicate scholar needs.
