Job description

Make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment dedicated to student growth. A small, single-school district is seeking a credentialed Mild/Moderate Special Education Teacher to serve students near Byron, CA. This part-time, contract position requires a commitment of approximately five to seven hours, one day per week, starting as soon as possible and extending through the end of the school year.

You will provide guidance and direct support to a small caseload of two middle school studentsone seventh grader and one eighth graderwith the possibility of a third student joining. The role centers on ensuring specially designed instruction aligns with each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP). Additionally, you'll collaborate on IEP meetings, maintain SEIS documentation, coordinate related services, and assist with the Cycle C self-review process.

Key Qualifications:

• Active California Mild/Moderate Teaching Credential required
