Position Overview

The Special Education Teacher & ARD Facilitator will develop, implement, and update IEPs (Individual Education Programs) for students and lead ARD meetings as well as:

-adapt lessons to particular student needs and assess their ongoing development

-teach students individually or in small groups according to the need for growth

-provide clear communication with school leaders, teachers, and families about individual student’s progress and ways to assist student growth

-fulfill other roles and duties as assigned
