Valor Education in Austin is seeking a Dyslexia Teacher to develop and update IEPs and work with 504 plans. You will adapt lessons to meet each student’s needs, assess progress, and teach students individually or in small groups.
You will provide clear communication with school leaders, teachers, and families about progress and strategies, emphasizing collaboration and student growth in a structured setting.
Position Overview
The Dyslexia Teacher will develop, implement, and update IEPs (Individual Education Programs) and work with 504s for students. Adapt lessons to particular student needs and assess their ongoing development. Teach students individually or in small groups according to the need for growth. Provide clear communication with school leaders, teachers, and families about individual student’s progress and ways to assist student growth. Other roles and duties as assigned
