Job summary

Shema Kolainu – Hear Our Voices (SKHOV) seeks a dedicated Special Education Teacher ABA (EI) to work with children with ASD and related developmental disabilities in Queens and the Bronx. The role involves designing and implementing individualized education plans, collaborating with families, teachers, and therapists, and promoting independence and community inclusion.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with a competitive hourly wage of $65–$80 and a 3-month probationary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Special Education Certification.
• 2 years of experience with autism spectrum disorders.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized educational plans for children with ASD and related developmental disabilities.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students in schools, homes, and community-based locations.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and therapists to ensure comprehensive support for students.

Job Summary:

Shema Kolainu – Hear Our Voices (SKHOV) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher ABA (EI) to join our team of professionals in providing high-quality education to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. As a Special Education Teacher ABA (EI), you will work closely with children and families to develop and implement individualized educational plans, promoting independence, productivity, and inclusion in the community.
