Provide specialized instruction tailored to students with cognitive impairments.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to support student success.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for students.
Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and independence.
MI Special Education Certification with Cognitive Impairment Endorsement.
Minimum 1 year of experience in special education settings supporting cognitive impairment.
Strong communication, patience, and adaptability skills.
Background check clearance required.
Ability to work collaboratively within a school environment.
