Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to join school-age programs across Media, Broomall, and Aston, PA, with opportunities supporting students in Autistic Support, Multiple Disabilities, Life Skills, Emotional Support, and Deaf Education.

You will develop and deliver individualized instruction, implement IEP goals, and collaborate with families and related-service providers to coordinate student support and participate in progress reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Pennsylvania Special Education Certification preferred; emergency certification pathways may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver individualized instruction and specialized learning experiences addressing academic, behavioral, functional, and developmental needs.
• Implement IEP goals, accommodations, modifications, and evidence-based strategies while monitoring progress.
• Create a structured, inclusive classroom environment promoting engagement, independence, social-emotional development.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate support and participate in IEP planning and reviews.
