What You'll Do :

Tailor Education : Assess students' abilities and adapt the curriculum to meet their individual learning requirements.

Lesson Planning : Develop and implement individual lesson plans for students with mild to moderate disabilities.

Engagement & Intervention : Find innovative and engaging methods to teach skills, manage classroom dynamics, and intervene when necessary.

Communication : Work closely with parents, support staff, and other educators to discuss student progress and challenges.

Support Transition : Prepare students for the next educational phase, ensuring they achieve important milestones.

What We're Looking For :

Experience : Proven track record in special education or a related field.

Knowledge : Up-to-date with the latest in special education methodologies.

Credentials : Valid Arizona special education certificate; BS in Special Education (MS preferred).

Skills : Exceptional patience, resilience, and interpersonal communication.

Location : Must live in Arizona or be relocating there. We have roles available in the East Valley and surrounding areas.
