Qualifications

Responsibilities

Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to support students and school teams in White Bear Lake, Minnesota for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position serving students with diverse learning and behavioral needs in a collaborative school environment. The Special Education Teacher will provide specialized instruction, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and collaborate with families and educational teams to support student success. This opportunity is ideal for an educator who is passionate about helping students achieve academic, social, and behavioral growth.

• Elementary center based, K-3, mostly ASD.
• Caseload 4-8 with para support.
