Point Quest is seeking a Special Education Teacher for a high school resource/co-teacher role in San Tan Valley, AZ. You'll develop IEPs, manage PBIS, supervise paras, and collaborate with families and staff to support student growth.

Required AZ SPED certificate and a Bachelor's in Education; IVP clearance is required. This full-time position offers benefits and a $2,500 placement bonus.

Qualifications

• Arizona Department of Education Special Education teaching certificate is required.
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• IVP fingerprint clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead high school resource classroom for 9th–12th grade students.
• Develop and implement IEP goals aligned to state standards.
• Coordinate PBIS plans and monitor behavior and progress.
• supervise paraprofessionals in the classroom.
• Attend IEP meetings and maintain compliant documentation.
