Ampersand Therapy is seeking an Exceptional Education Teacher to support students in Franklin, TN. The role focuses on developing IEPs, delivering specialized instruction, and creating inclusive learning environments throughout the school year.

You will collaborate with district partners, maintain compliant documentation, and utilize technology to support diverse learners. This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position with W-2 employment and benefits.

Qualifications

• TN certification for Special Education Teaching with Interventionist or Comprehensive Endorsement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education.
• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.
