Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Special Education Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year in California. The role offers a salary range of $70K to $100K per year and a mission to support children to shine with hands-on professional development and mentorship.

You will work in school-based environments, manage IEP goals, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth and achievement.

Qualifications

• Valid California Special Education Licensure.
• Ability to work in person with students in a school environment.
• Proficient in IEP case management.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic support to students in classroom settings.
• Conduct academic assessments and assist with IEP goal development and implementation.
• Collaborate with parents, general education teachers, and related service providers.
• Facilitate student engagement and participation throughout the school day.
• Develop and implement lesson plans and maintain data collection and progress monitoring.
