Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year in Lexington, SC. This in-person, full-time position offers competitive pay up to $50 per hour and requires a South Carolina Department of Education Teaching Certificate in Special Education.

The role focuses on supporting students with diverse learning needs in school-based settings. The successful candidate will join a women-led, therapist-founded company that values mentorship, equity, and caregiver support.

Formación

• SCDOE Teaching Certificate in Special Education is required.

Job Details

• In person full-time position
• Work with Special Education Team to implement accommodations, interventions, etc. according to student IEPs
• Attend staff meetings, IEP meetings, and coordinate with school teams
• REQUIRED: Must have SCDOE Teaching Certificate in area of Special Education
