The LEAD Center is a private day school serving students with disabilities in grades K-12. We are hiring two dedicated Special Education Teachers for the 2026–2027 school year.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and implementing curriculum for diverse learners.
• Ability to develop and adapt lessons to meet IEP goals.
• Strong classroom management and behavior support strategies.
• Collaborative mindset and teamwork with peers and families.

Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing curriculum in the assigned classroom.
• Fulfilling requirements of each student's IEP.
• Solid organization skills and ability to delegate.
• Use of effective communication to share ideas and strategies with students.
• Willingness to learn and implement behavior management techniques.
• Teamwork with peers to maintain a positive working environment.
• Understanding of computers and willingness to provide in-person and virtual learning opportunities for students.
