Boothby Therapy Services LLC is actively hiring Special Education Teachers across Vermont for the 2026–2027 school year. We match candidates with diverse placements including Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School settings, Life Skills, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Vermont SPED teaching certification or eligibility.
• Experience in special education settings preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs.
• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Deliver specialized instruction aligned with student goals and educational needs.
• Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies and interventions.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families.
• Monitor and document student progress using data-driven practices.
• Support students' academic, behavioral, social, and functional development.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district special education regulations.
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and professional development activities.
• Foster inclusive, supportive learning environments that promote student success

Education
